Creating an I-140 case using an ILBSG MyEsq Account


FOR EMPLOYERS

IMPORTANT: When filling out your questionnaires, please input information completely and accurately to the best of your ability to avoid delays with your case.

  1. Visit MyEsq Portal at https://myesq.bizlegalservices.com
  2. Use your credentials to log in to your Employer MyEsq account (click here if you do not yet have an account to sign up)
  3. Click on New Petition Button from Home Page         
    The system will automatically generate a petition number and a New Petition Request window will pop up on your screen.
  4. Select I-140 from Petition/Case Type
  5. Proceed to complete the rest of the I-140 Petition Request
  6. Make the requested payment
  7. Click Submit and proceed to submit the rest of your support documents (If you do not have all of your support documents ready, you may upload them later or email them to your ILBSG team)
