Waivers, excluding I-601A, are at 33.8 weeks, up over 2 weeks from FY2019 and double FY 2016.
I829: Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions (Removal of lawful permanent resident conditions) or immigrant investors, is at 37.2, up nearly 4 weeks from FY 2019 and up nearly 20 weeks since FY2016.
