Immigrant Legal Resource Center et al v. Wolf et al

Judge Jeffrey White of the federal district court of the Northern District of California issued a preliminary injunction temporarily blocking United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) from increasing filing fees for H-1B, L-1, and other nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions.

This rule was set to increase the fees for these nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions as well as applications related to green card and U.S. citizenship applications.

Petitioners and Beneficiaries should continue to use the current fee schedule. We expect the U.S. Government to appeal this preliminary injunction.
