Due to a temporary system outage, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is extending the FY2025 H-1B cap registration period to Monday, March 25, 2024, at noon Eastern time. The registration period was scheduled to close on Friday, March 22, 2024, at noon Eastern. USCIS still intends to notify registration by March 31, 2024, of their selection status.
The extended time gives prospective petitions and their representatives to complete the registration process for the FY2025 H-1B cap online. As a reminder, each registrant must register via their USCIS online account and pay the related registration fee.
As always, if you have questions about the H-1B visa, or any other immigration-related issue, contact us at ILBSG. Our team of attorneys work directly with our clients to ensure they get the right advice.
