On Thursday, March 25, 2021, the USCIS Registration Period will end at 11 AM CST. ILBSG will continue to accept new registration requests until March 24, 2021, subject to complete information being provided, time constraints, and swift coordination with the law firm. We cannot guarantee submission for any registration added to the MyESQ portal on or after March 23, 2021.
In order to ensure that new registrations are submitted, please make sure that when you add the candidates on the MyESQ portal, you fill out the registration form with complete information. This includes each candidate’s full name, country of citizenship and birth, birthdate, passport information, and degree information. Due to the time constraints of these final days, we will not be able to send confirmation emails to the candidates as we have been doing throughout the registration period, so please ensure accuracy on your side. Any new registrations must be added to the USCIS website immediately, to ensure timely submission.
Once we add the registrations to the USCIS website, we will send the passcode for authentication so that you can review and sign the G-28 and registration using your H-1B Registrant account. Please carefully monitor your email until March 25 when the registration period closes for any communication from the law firm. Registration requires close coordination of both the law office and the H-1B petitioning company, so your responsiveness and swift action following any instructions from ILBSG is absolutely critical during this time.
Finally, please note that the USCIS website is currently experiencing delays and outrages due to the increased traffic on the site, which we anticipate will continue until the period closes. As such, please register all remaining candidates on the MyESQ portal ASAP to ensure submission with USCIS. Time is now of the essence.
If you have any questions or concerns about H-1B Registration, please reach out to an ILBSG attorney without delay.
