Julia has been with ILBSG for over a decade and specializes in the full range of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, with an emphasis on motions and appeals work. On the employment-based side, Julia is an expert in helping her clients obtain the necessary visas to meet their temporary and long-term staffing needs, while maintaining complete compliance with all applicable U.S. immigration and labor laws. She has vast experience representing her clients before USCIS and the Department of Labor during compliance checks and investigations, so she understands what it takes to build and maintain a successful immigration program within a company. On the family-based side, Julia is passionate about reuniting families and overcoming any challenges that might stand in the way. She has extensive knowledge and experience with waivers, immigration bars, and admissibility issues.

Outside of ILBSG, Julia puts her immigration expertise into practice, teaching immigration law at a local public college.
