Immigration Attorney (ILBSG119) with JD or Equivalent (LLB and LLM) with a license to practice law from any US state. Will perform immigration case strategy and file immigration petitions/applications. Draft legal memos and briefs. Represent in Immigration Court and Federal Courts as needed. Travel to our offices in the US and International required.
Law Clerk (ILBSG219) to prepares legal drafts by assembling and organizing information for legal forms and documents, perform varying writing assignments, and research projects.
Administrative Assistant (ILBSG319) Answering phones, assist attorneys with managing schedules, Communicating with clients.
