The new premium processing fee schedule reflecting adjustments for inflation are now in effect. Effective now, Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, are as shown below.

This is the first fee increase in the last three years. Per the Department of Homeland Security, fees can be adjusted as needed on a biennial schedule. For all requests received dated February 26, 2024, or after, the updated fees apply. If the incorrect fee is submitted, the application will be rejected and the filing fees returned.
