U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) updated the filing locations for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, when filing with Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers. This update addresses the ongoing need to increase efficiency.
Effective Nov. 13, 2023, for new Form I-140 and Form I-907 joint submissions, these forms should be submitted via lockbox. This moves new submissions from current service centers to lockboxes. If filing a Form I-907 for a pending Form I-140 this change does not apply. Similarly, if filing a Form I-140 with a related application, including Form I-765, Form I-131, or Form I-485, the change does not apply. Further updates will be provided for these circumstances, however, for now, continue to use the Direct Filing Addresses located on the form.
Lockboxes will reject any Form I-907 filed with Form I-140 that has an association with Form I-131, Form I-765, or Form I-485. Use the Direct Filing Addresses listed on Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, for these submissions.
