The Potomac Service Center (PSC) began moving to a new facility on August 21, 2023. The facility no longer accepts paper-based responses to correspondence. This includes Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), Intents to Deny (ITD), Requests for Evidence (RFE), or any other documentation that supports filings that are currently pending at this location.
As of November 13, 2023, the Potomac Service Center will not accept mailed correspondence. Any mail intended for this location must be mailed to the Texas Service Center (TSC) unless otherwise outlined. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) suggests uploading responses to the individual’s online account.
