Individuals who are requesting an in-person appointment with USCIS at their local field office now have options. Individuals, attorneys, and accredited representatives now have the option of submitting an online request form.
The in-person appointments are available for ADIT stamps, Emergency Advance Parole, Immigration Judge Grants, and other actions. The online form is a request for a meeting, not a self-scheduling tool. Forms submitted to USCIS are to be reviewed for availability based on the local field office. While specific dates and times can be requested, USCIS cannot guarantee availability. Once confirmed, USCIS will communicate the details of the in-person meeting with the party who submitted the request. If additional information is required, the Contact Center will reach out to the requesting person.
If you have questions about the online in-person appointment request form or any immigration-related issue, contact us at ILBSG. We actively monitor ongoing updates regarding U.S. immigration to ensure our clients get the right advice.
