Samuel Alemu, Esq. is a partner at our firm. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and University of Wisconsin Law School. He extensively works with our firm’s corporate clients in his concentrated area on Federal Law and New York Corporate Law. He deals with Motions, Appeal cases, and drafting, negotiating multi-state contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as Director Legal Department to a Multinational Corporation and also Judge. His professional membership and bar admissions in the United States of America are listed herein below

Off-Duty

Focused and analytical, Samuel has the knack of bringing out the best in everyone. An avid news and movie watcher, he is always ready to engage in any kind of lively discussions.

He spends his leisure time with his wife and three children. His extensive travel in South Asia and a decade long working ties has led Samuel to enjoy a close relationship with the Asian community, its culture, and people. Apart from his interest in Asian community development, Samuel thoroughly enjoys South Indian cuisine.

Praveen Medikundam Esq. is a partner at our firm. He earned his Law Degree from Temple Law School in Philadelphia. He advises clients on Federal and New York Corporate Law focusing on complex corporate strategy. He has extensive experience in representing clients in international business transactions in complex restructuring, acquisitions, and corporate matters, including IT transactions, primarily as counsel to companies with plans to operate in North America.

Praveen is a keen contributor to the progress and welfare of immigrant foreign nationals. His tireless enthusiasm, vigor, understanding and perception of the challenges faced by foreign nationals in the United States brings him high esteem in the community and makes him a significant contributor to the objectives of the firm.

Mr. Medikundam uses his spare time to pursue his avid interest in filmography.  He spends his leisure time with his wife and daughter at his home in Elgin.
