The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the closure of multiple e-mail inboxes for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). The following inboxes close on May 22, 2026:
- SEVISHelpDesk@ice.dhs.
- DMVSSAsevp@ice.dhs.gov.
- This includes the alias inbox of sevp@ice.dhs.gov.
Individuals with inquiries should message SEVP@ice.dhs.gov. The affected inboxes no longer receive or respond to messages after the cutoff date.
